Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?
Sasha first came out to be transgender during high school. Her family was there for her through the tough times, and Sasha knew that the possibility of everything when it came to music. Jim and Sasha have become an official pair. They both have performed at various local venues and open mics. Although The Voice coaches did not reveal the story of Sasha's past, she and Jim shared their life journey in an introductory clip played prior to the show. Both Jim and Sasha talked about what music they enjoy, as well as how Sasha began playing the guitar the very first time when she was six. It was the fact that his father was a teacher was a huge help for Sasha to learn the craft. Sasha, a female born child, had a difficult time figuring out his identity. In an Instagram post, he recently opened up about the struggles he faced. Jim was overwhelmed with emotion as he described why he could not be part of these trying times. Sasha Allen was born as a woman. Sasha Allen will be 19 years old in 2021. When Sasha was in freshman high school, he made the decision to come out to be transgender, and then began the transition into a male. Sasha, who is the third ever trans person in the show, wrote: "I feel so honored to represent the community of trans people in this way."
